Chris has 37 years of experience in the electrified traction and electricity industry and worked in all aspects including the design, construction, maintenance, regulation and pricing of electrical assets. He has occupied senior positions in the electricity distribution industry including general manager-network for Oxley Electricity and chief engineer and executive general manager-network for NorthPower. After leaving the electricity distribution industry, Chris has been involved in either assisting electricity regulators in evaluating regulatory distribution or transmission pricing submissions or assisting electricity businesses prepare pricing submissions. He has over 10 years of experience as a senior consultant to the electricity transmission and distribution industry with extensive experience in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.
